Jonathan Crane

Biography

 Dr. Crane grew up on Long Island, NY. After graduating from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine, he did a one-year rotating internship followed by three years of dermatology training. Dr. Crane then opened his office in Wilmington, NC, in 1994. He passed his board certification exam the same year and is now a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and a fellow of the American Osteopathic College of Dermatology. Dr. Crane has published well over 100 articles in the field of dermatology and has been principal investigator in over 20 studies. Dr. Crane has pioneered innovative laser treatment. He is the program director for the Sampson Regional Medical Center Dermatology residency program, and he practices general, surgical, laser and cosmetic dermatology for DermOne of North Carolina. “I look forward to helping patients on a daily basis. Making patients look and feel good, clearing rashes and removing cancer is an outstanding honor.” – Dr. Jonathan Crane
