Biography

Most recently, David has been working as the account lead with several healthcare systems on their Lean Transformation efforts. This includes consulting to their senior deployment team, ensuring that Lean and Change Management are integrated into their improvement efforts, and developing internal capability. David's leadership development experience has been with executives and high potentials to enhance their skills to be more effective interpersonally and organizationally.
