Biography

Mr. Marcus Lovell Smith, MA., serves as Chief Executive Officer of Diagnostics For All, Inc. Mr. Smith has entrepreneurial flair, board level experience in a high growth environment, and first hand knowledge of a wide variety of corporate transactions. He is an entrepreneur who has founded successful businesses in many sectors, including property, environmental management and wireless technology. He served as Chief Executive Officer of SensAble Technologies, Inc. He joined Sensable from Microbia, Inc. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Microbia, Inc. He founded several companies in wireless technology, environmental and utility sectors. In addition to investment banking stints at both JP Morgan and Goldman Sachs. Mr. Smith has substantial experience in raising capital, managing and transitioning companies from start-ups to eventual stand-alone entities and sales or mergers. He has over twenty years of experience in start-up companies both in the UK and the US. He served as a Non-Executive Director of William Ransom & Son Plc until September 30,2004. Mr. Smith was awarded the Gibbs Prize. He obtained a first class Chemistry Degree (MA) from Oxford University.
