Rachel holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.She effectively partners with the business to develop valuable human resources solutions to meet goals and drive business strategy. Previously, Rachel held significant human resources positions within Cubist Pharmaceuticals and AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals, starting her career in a Human Resources leadership program at Bristol-Myers Squibb.
