Biography
Dennis co-founded DHA and serves as our President and Chief Executive Officer. Dennis specializes in project finance and innovative delivery methods on major transportation projects. Formerly with Caltrans, Dennis has served as Structures Local Assistance Engineer, Structures Representative, and Resident Engineer on more than 50 bridge projects throughout his 26 year career.
