Biography
Jonathan Purtle is a mental health policy and services researcher who utilizes trans-disciplinary and mixed method approaches to understand how evidence-based policy interventions can be most effectively disseminated, implemented, and sustained to reduce health inequalities. He is currently the Principle Investigator of a R21 from the National Institute of Mental Health that is exploring strategies to disseminate mental health evidence to state policymakers and a Robert Wood Johnson Foundation-funded project that is examining activities to reduce health inequities in US cities.Â
