Biography
Rajashi Ghosh is an Associate Professor in the Adult Education & Organization Development Program. She is also the Program Director of the PhD in Education Program. Ghosh was awarded the 2015-2016 Provost Award for Outstanding Early-Career Scholarly Achievement from Drexel University. Her research interests include mentoring and leader development, workplace incivility, and workplace learning & development. She most recently published an article called “Contending claims to causality: A critical review of mediation studies in HRD research.”
