Biography
Ray is an Associate Teaching Professor with 18 years of academic experience in the Department of Health Management and Policy within the Dornsife School of Public Health at Drexel University where he teaches courses in health management and policy. He has been affiliated with projects in the areas of reducing health disparities in the Asian population as well as management issues related to continuous quality improvement, strategic planning and strategic alliances. He serves of several national and regional organizations’ advisory and steering committees. His areas of expertise and interests are in Asian health disparities related to cancer, Hepatitis B and gambling as well as e-health, innovation integration and organizational dynamics.
