Michael M. Drum

Biography

Mr. Drum has over 30 years of experience in the civil engineering field, and has been a practicing professional engineer in Maryland for more than 25 years. Before founding Drum Associates in 1991, Mr. Drum served as a Project Engineer with several well-known land development companies, including the firms of Dewberry & Davis and Greenman Pedersen, Inc. Areas of expertise include Anne Arundel County and City of Annapolis development regulatory process (including critical area regulations and restrictions), residential and commercial site planning, storm water management design, storm drainage, roadway layout and design, water distribution systems, and sewer and septic systems. 

Research Interest

Mr. Drum serves as an expert in the field of civil engineering and has provided professional testimony to numerous Boards and Courts in support of clients’ projects. His ability to coordinate all facets of land development provides client satisfaction through aesthetic, economical and quality-driven projects. Mr. Drum is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Maryland.
