Raymond D. Fowler

Biography

Mr. Fowler worked his way up through the ranks to become a licensed surveyor and long-time member of the Maryland Society of Surveyors. He brings over thirty-five years of experience in all aspects of the surveying profession. In addition he has experience in the design of storm water management, sediment control; and grading systems, and skills in creating condominium plats that have won him awards from the Maryland Society of Surveyors.

. His responsibilities and expertise include project management and client coordination, boundary research and determination, preparation of record plats, easements, and legal descriptions.
