Biography
William E. Bower, Professional Land Surveyor, joined the Drum, Loyka & Associates team in September of 2004. Mr. Bower has over twenty years of experience in residential real estate and development, particularly with waterfront properties and within the Chesapeake and Atlantic Coastal Bays Critical Areas. Mr. Bower’s Career has undergone several transitions; working as a Project Manager for a General Contractor, as a Real Estate Agent and as a Surveyor in Worcester, Somerset and Dorchester counties and in Ocean City.
