Biography
Dr. Mary Mihalyo is an Assistant Professor of Pharmacy Practice at the Duquesne University School of Pharmacy in Pittsburgh, PA. She teaches courses in Palliative Care, Pain Management and Women’s Health Care Issues. She is Board Certified as a Pharmacotherapy Specialist (BCPS) and as a Certified Geriatric Pharmacist (CGP). Dr. Mihalyo was also accepted as a participant in the Harvard Medical School Palliative Care Education Program (PCEP). During the one year program she focuses on pediatric palliative care and the development of a Center of Excellence in Pharmaceutical End-Of-Life Care
