Biography

David received his M.S. in Civil Engineering from Columbia University in 1974 and then moved to Alaska where he worked on the Trans-Alaska pipeline, the Corps of Engineers Moose Creek Dam and the City of Fairbanks infrastructure replacement. A Las Vegas resident since 1987, his experience includes the design of roadway and surface improvements, drainage structures, major utility infrastructure, subdivisions, commercial property, preparation of bidding documents, specifications, estimates, construction administration, and field inspection. He has 35 years of experience in the civil engineering field and is licensed in Alaska, Nevada, and Arizona
