Edward D. Breen

Biography

Mr. Edward D. Breen, also known as Ed, has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at E. I. du Pont de Nemours and Company since November 9, 2015. Mr. Breen served as an Interim Chair and Chief Executive Officer of E. I. du Pont de Nemours and Company since October 16, 2015 until November 9, 2015. He serves as an Advisor of New Mountain Capital, LLC. He served as the Chief Executive Officer at Tyco International plc from July 2002 to September 28, 2012. Mr. Breen served as the President, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Motorola Solutions, Inc. from January 2002 to July 2002; an Executive Vice President and the President of Networks Sector at Motorola Solutions, Inc. from January 2001 to January 2002. He also served as an Executive Vice President and the President for Broadband Communications Sector at Motorola Solutions, Inc. from January 2000 to January 2001. Mr. Breen served as the President at Distributing Company's Broadband Networks Group from February 1996, President of Eastern Operations for the Communications Division and Vice President of the Distributing Company from November 1994 to July 1997.
