Biography
Dr. Huszczo has served as an Organization Change and Development consultant and Executive Leadership Coach while serving as a professor in Eastern Michigan University's masters degree program in Human Resources and Organizational Development (MSHROD). In addition to EMU, Greg has taught at Southern Illinois University, Michigan State University, and the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Greg has consulted in the manufacturing sector (e.g. Ford Motor Company, General Motors, Freightliner Trucks, Navistar, J.I. Case, La-Z-Boy Furniture, and several smaller manufacturers); in the service sector (e.g. Australian Postal System, Ann Arbor Fire Department, and several school and hospital systems); for unions (e.g. UAW, SEIU, USW, UA, AFSCME, BAC); and for institutes (e.g. Society of Manufacturing Engineers, National Coalition for Community Justice, Michigan Labor Management Association, The University of Michigan Leadership Institute, The Scanlon Leadership Network, and the American Association of Pediatricians.) He has authored over 50 articles and papers as well as three books: Toward a More Organizationally Effective Training Strategy and Practice, Tools for Team Effectiveness, and Tools for Team Leadership.
