Biography
Professor LaGore teaches the introductory and advanced financial accounting course and the graduate governmental and nonprofit accounting course. In addition, he has taught courses in managerial accounting and financial statement analysis. His research interests are in the area of financial accounting and reporting, including accounting conservatism and the value-relevance of accounting information. He also has several years experience in public accounting, including audits of governmental and nonprofit entities. Dr. LaGore presents at the Michigan Association of CPA conferences.
