Michael Mccormick

Biography

Michael McCormick is executive vice president, general counsel and assistant secretary for Ecolab Inc. Previously, McCormick served as chief compliance officer, associate general counsel and assistant secretary. Prior to that, he spent nine years within Ecolab’s corporate development team and was responsible for the company’s global business development and acquisition program. Before joining Ecolab in 1997, McCormick spent more than five years as an attorney with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom in Chicago, where he represented clients in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and general corporate matters. McCormick holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Miami University. He earned his law degree with honors at DePaul University College of Law.
