Biography
Mr. Gerard A. Gallagher, III, has been the Chief Executive Officer of Ecology & Environment, Inc. since March 7, 2015 and has been its President since January 21, 2014. Mr. Gallagher served as Senior Vice President of Environmental Sustainability at Ecology & Environment Inc. Mr. Gallagher joined Ecology & Environment Inc. in 1981 and served as its Vice President in charge of operations in the southern U.S. and Regional Manager. Mr. Gallagher worked on energy development projects in several western states and served in E & E's Dallas, TX office. He subsequently moved to Tallahassee to direct the Ecology's environmental planning work for the State of Florida, the U. S. Department of Defense and other clients.
