Matt Davies

Biography

    Matt joined Element through its acquisition of Exova, where he served as Group Managing Director, Infrastructure Prior to joining Exova in 2013, Matt was Group Chief Financial Officer at Olive Group, an international provider of security services, systems and risk management consultancy, where he was instrumental in doubling the size of the business over a three year period. Matt is a Chartered Accountant and has held a number of senior commercial, finance and leadership positions with global organizations including G4S, ArmorGroup International and British Telecom. He has a proven track record of delivering profitable business growth through effective and innovative strategic planning and performance management.
