Karl Schoene

Biography

 Karl brings leadership and diverse experience across the chemicals, renewable energy and related process industries, most recently serving as president and Chief Technology Officer of Elevance. He has been instrumental in unifying the technical and business development activities across the company.   Previously he was president and CEO of Accutest Laboratories; president, COO and CEO of InEnTec; and held several positions at AkzoNobel, including vice president and global SBU manager, general manager and global business manager in organometallic specialties, polymer chemicals and agriculture applications. During his 25-year career, Karl has also held executive leadership, management and R&D positions at Crompton, Witco, Amoco, Albemarle and Ethyl.   Karl earned both his B.S. and Ph.D. in chemistry at the University of Virginia.
