Biography
Jeff Giovino is Elwyn’s Chief Program Officer responsible for the oversight of program operations for Elwyn’s service lines including: Education, Vocation, Behavioral Health and Intellectual Disabilities. Jeff comes to Elwyn with over 26 years of behavioral health experience and has lead the operations of several large national behavioral health organizations. Additionally, he is the founder of a specialized transportation company that delivers nationwide air and ground services to adults and children with mental health issues, behavioral problems, autism and developmental disabilities. Jeff has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland and a master’s degree from Shippensburg University.
