Biography
Ms. Solomon joined Emergent as Chief Information Officer in March 2017. Prior to her role with the company, she was an independent consultant focused on helping businesses thrive through the optimal use of technology, people, and processes. A transformational information technology leader with a focus on innovation, customer experience, employee engagement, relationship development, and change management, Ms. Solomon has held progressive roles in IT, including VP IT, Global Commercial Excellence & North America at AstraZeneca, Chief Information Officer & VP, Information Technology at MedImmune, CIO & Vice President, Information Technology at Jacuzzi Group Worldwide and VP, Information Technology at Watson Pharmaceuticals, among others. Ms. Solomon earned her Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and Master of Arts in Measurement and Statistics from the University of Maryland College Park.
