Biography
Marisa A. Feliciano, OD, is an instructor of Ophthalmology in the section of Comprehensive Ophthalmology at Emory Eye Center and the Department of Ophthalmology, Emory University School of Medicine. At Emory Eye Center she performs comprehensive eye examinations, including the treatment and management of eye diseases and contact lens fittings. Her patient population ranges from children to senior adults. Dr. Feliciano retired as a major in the United States Army in 2006. During her military career, she served as division optometrist, 24th Infantry Division at Fort Stewart, GA, and as chief of the Optometry Service at Winn Army Hospital also at Fort Stewart. She was staff optometrist at Hunkeler Eye Center, Overland Park, KS. Her military experience prepared her for managing the specialized visual needs of pilots and service members.
