Ann F. Hanham

Biography

 Dr. Ann Hanham has served as a member of our Board of Directors since 2004. Dr. Hanham has spent over 30 years in clinical and regulatory affairs working both in the federal government and biotech industry and most recently as managing partner with BAR Capital Management . Dr. Hanham has served on the board of directors of a number of private companies as well as Acusphere (OTCMKTS:ACUS), BioMimetic Therapeutics (NASDAQ:BMTI), Biotie Therapies (Nordic List:BTH1V), SCYNEXIS (NASDAQ:SCYX), and Targacept (NASDAQ:TRGT). Dr. Hanham holds a PhD from the University of British Columbia and was board certified in toxicology in 1986
