Biography
Mr. Herrscher was elected Senior Vice President, Unregulated NGL Assets & Petrochemicals in October 2015. He served as Senior Vice President, Petrochemicals & Refined Products from January 2014 to October 2015, having previously served as Vice President, Petrochemicals from March 2012 to January 2014. Mr. Herrscher joined Enterprise in 2010 via the Enterprise acquisition of Bigler Petrochemical LP. Mr. Herrscher’s prior experience includes 17 years with a subsidiary of JX Nippon Oil & Energy. He brings over 30 years of industry experience to Enterprise, having held various positions in Operations, Engineering, and Sales & Marketing. Mr. Herrscher holds a BA in Chemistry and a BS in Engineering from Trinity University and a MBA from The University of Texas at Austin.
