Biography
Mr. William R. Thomas, also known as Bill, has been the Chief Executive Officer of EOG Resources, Inc. since July 1, 2013 and also its Chairman since January 2014. Mr. Thomas has been with EOG Resources, Inc. and its predecessor companies since 1979. He served as the Senior Executive Vice President of Exploitation at EOG Resources, Inc. from February 1, 2011 to September 7, 2011 and served as its President and Chief Executive Officer from July 2013 to December 2013 and as President from September 7, 2011 to July 2013.
