Lorena Vanoni Armijos

Biography

 Mrs. Vanoni has an extensive background in the Ecuadorean shrimp industry. She started her career working in the family business “OMARSA”, an integrated shrimp farm group, more than 30 years ago helping create and organize the HR Department. She later was employed by Sort-Rite International, Inc, a Texas based company that manufactures shrimp processing equipment. She was responsible for all Ecuadorean transactions providing sales and post sales services and providing marketing support at international seafood trade shows. Through Sort-Rite she had the opportunity to deal with many shrimp farm producers and exporters. Mrs. Vanoni joined Epicore in 1996 to provide administrative assistance to Epicore’s trial and commercialization project. In February 1997 Epicore Ecuador S.A. was legally constituted where she has been aboard ever since. She presently occupies the legal position of President of EESA .  Mrs. Vanoni holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Catolica Santiago de Guayaquil.
