Nileshkumar R. Vyas

Biography

Mr. Vyas has over 22 years of experience in the research, development, implementation and scale-up of projects involving one or more microbial fermentation for various health care segments. He has held a management position in one of India’s leading pharmaceutical companys and his experience includes fermentation of Anti-infective drugs like Erythromycin, Penicillin, in 200,000 L fermentors and Cardiovascular drugs like Lovastatin in 40,000 L fermentor. His previous experience involved working as a certified lead auditor for quality (ISO 9001) and environmental management systems (14001). He joined Epicore BioNetworks Inc. in 2009 as Sr. Fermentation Microbiologist.   Mr. Vyas holds a Masters degree in Biochemistry from M.S University, India and a Bachelor in Microbiology from Gujarat University, India. Certified Solutions Consultant – my SAP Supply Chain Management - Manufacturing, Certified by SAP AG – Germany and Diploma in business administration.
