Biography
Dr. Mina Samii, Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for ERT, is responsible for the management and oversight of the company’s entire contract portfolio. Spanning a number of federal agencies including NOAA, NASA, and USACE, ERT’s work includes a broad range of science, engineering, environmental management, and information technology efforts. Dr. Samii has over 30 years of experience in IT management, systems engineering, analysis, operations, and scientific and engineering research and development. She successfully led several large federal and commercial programs and contracts; including a multi-billion dollar federal modernization program, full-scope commercial outsourcing contracts, and large science and engineering programs.
