Biography
Michael Cazer, chief operating officer, joined Amway in 2011. He leads Amway’s executive staff, the company’s top operating team and reports to the Office of the Chief Executive, composed of Amway Chairman Steve Van Andel and President Doug DeVos. He is responsible for the strategic vision, execution and leadership necessary to maintain Amway’s core business growth, as well as the Alticor Corporate Enterprises (ACE) portfolio companies.
