Biography
Dr. James is an expert in tumor cell survival mechanisms, the inventor on anti-CRR9 patents, and founder of Essential Biotechnology LLC.The focus of research in his laboratory includes mechanisms of tumor cell survival and chemoresistance in pancreatic cancer. He utilize molecular and cell biology approaches as well as genetics and murine models of pancreatic cancer to identify and evaluate potential molecular therapeutic targets involved in tumor survival and chemoresistance.
