Biography

 Mr. Steve B. Warnecke has been the Chief Executive Officer of Evolutionary Genomics, Inc. since November 2010. Mr. Warnecke has been the President and Chief Financial Officer at Evolutionary Genomics, Inc. since October 01, 2014 and Since June 06, 2014 respectively. He served as the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, President and Chief Financial Officer of Fona, Inc. since October 1, 2014. He served as Secretary and Treasurer of Fona, Inc. from June 6, 2014 to October 1, 2014. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Targeted Medical Pharma, Inc. since January 2011 to May 2011 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer. Mr. Warnecke served as Chief Financial Officer of VetDC, Inc. since November 2012. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Bacterin International Holdings, Inc (Bacterin International, Inc) from 2008 to May 22, 2010. He served as Senior Vice President of Children’s Hospital Colorado Foundation and Chairman of Children’s Partners Foundation (supporting Children’s Hospitals and cystic fibrosis research) since November 2011. He served as Senior Vice-President of Strategic Planning for First Data/Western Union (NYSE: FDC) from 2001 to 2002. He served as Chief Financial Officer for The Children’s Hospital Foundation from 2003 to 2008. He served as Executive Officer of Frontier Airlines Holdings, Inc. until June 30, 2001. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Xtant Medical Holdings, Inc. until May 22, 2010. Mr. Warnecke served as a Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Frontier Airlines from August 1999 to 2001. During the two years prior to Frontier, he served as the President of the Integrated Management Company. From 1982 to 1999, he served as Chief Financial Officer of the Helm Corporation, a subsidiary of Comfort Systems USA Inc. From the years of 1993 through 1997, he served as the President and Principal Owner of the Zig Zag Company, a commercial construction and demolition company, a subsidiary of Penhall Intl. He serves as the Chairman of Evolutionary Genomics, Inc. Mr. Warnecke has been Chairman of VetDC, Inc. since November 2012. He has been a Director of Evolutionary Genomics, Inc. since September 2010. He has also been a member of the Board of Directors of CereScan since October 2014 and Bone Biologics, Inc. since November 2014. He served as a Director of Emmaus Holdings Inc. (alternatively Emmaus Life Sciences, Inc) from May 3, 2011 to July 7, 2011 and Xtant Medical Holdings, Inc. until May 22, 2010. He served as a Director of Fona, Inc. He served as a Director of Bone Biologics, Corp. until March 1, 2016. He served as Lead Independent Director of Evolving Systems Inc. since May 2010 and served as its Director from March 2003 to January 3, 2011. He served as a Director of Bacterin International, Inc. (NASDAQ: BONE) from 2008 to May 22, 2010. He served as a member of the Board of Directors of Boppy Company from 2005 to 2008. Mr. Warnecke graduated from the University of Iowa with a BBA in Accounting, Finance and Management and passed the Certified Public Accountant exam in 1979.
