David W. Petty

Biography

 Mr. David W. Petty has been the Chief Executive Officer of Exactech, Inc. since March 26, 2014 and its President since November 2007. Mr. Petty served as the President of Exactech, Inc. from December 2007 to March 26, 2014 and its Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing from February 2000 to November 2007. He has been employed by Exactech, Inc. in successive capacities in the areas of Operations and Sales and Marketing for the past thirteen years, serving as Vice President of Operations from April 1991 to April 1993 and Vice President of Marketing from 1993 to 2000. He has been a Director of Exactech, Inc. since December 5, 2007 and previously served as its Director from March 1989 to March 1996. Mr. Petty received his B.A. degree from the University of Virginia in 1988 and completed The Executive Program at the Darden School in 1999.
