Joel C. Phillips

Biography

 Mr. Joel C. Phillips, also known as Jody, CPA, has been the Chief Financial Officer at Exactech, Inc. since July 1998 and its Treasurer since March 1996 also Executive Vice President since February 2015. Mr. Phillips served as Manager of Accounting and Management Information Systems from April 1993 to June 1998. From January 1991 to April 1993, he was employed by Arthur Andersen. He is a Certified Public Accountant and received a BS and a Masters in Accounting from the University of Florida. In 2008, Mr. Phillips completed the Advanced Executive Program at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
