Biography
Judy Koglin is the newest member of the Excelsior Design team. She is responsible for matching highly qualified applicants with open positions that perfectly complement their skillsets. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration (marketing) from Washington State University with graduate coursework in both business administration and law. She has been working in sales, marketing and community relations for many years, most recently with Pacific Northwest National Laboratory. Judy is married with two sons. When not at the office, she enjoys volunteering at her church and in the community. Her passions include event coordination and traveling to tropical locations.
