Keith E. Wandell

Biography

 Mr. Keith E. Wandell served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Harley-Davidson, Inc. from May 1, 2009 to April 30, 2015. Mr. Wandell served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Johnson Controls Inc. from July 26, 2006 to April 30, 2009 and served as its Member of the Office of the Chief Executive Officer since October 1, 2004. He served as the President of Automotive Group, a segment of Johnson Controls Inc. from July 29, 2003 to July 2006. He served as an Executive Vice President of Johnson Controls Inc. from August 2003 to July 2006 and served as its Corporate Vice President from January 1997 to May 2005. He served as the President of battery operations for the Automotive Systems Group of Johnson Controls Inc. from August 2003 to July 2006. He began his career in 1979 with Sheller Globe Corporate and after eight years, moved to Farley Industries. He served as President of the Power Solutions business for more than five years. He served as Vice President and General Manager of the Automotive Systems Group's Starting, Lighting and Ignition Division of Johnson Controls Inc. from 1996 to 1997 and Vice President of Operations from 1993 to 1996. He has been the Chairman and Director of Exide Technologies since 2015. Mr. Wandell has been the Chairman of National Minority Supplier Development Council Business Consortium Fund, Inc. since October 2012 and serves as its Director. Mr. Wandell has been the Non Executive Chairman of Dana Incorporated since October 27, 2016 and served as its Interim Chairman from September 9, 2016 to October 27, 2016. He served as the Chairman of Dana Holding Corporation since June 30, 2011 to 2012. He served as the Chairman of Harley-Davidson, Inc. from February 7, 2012 to April 30, 2015. He served as Vice Chairman of the Michigan Minority Business Development Council and serves as a Director for several Johnson Controls joint ventures. He has been a Director of Constellation Brands, Inc. since July 21, 2011 and an Independent Director of Dover Corporation since November 4, 2015. He has been a Director of Dana Holding Corporation since July 2008 and serves as its Lead Independent Director. He served as a Director of Harley-Davidson, Inc., from May 1, 2009 to April 30, 2015. He served as a Director of Clarcor Inc. from March 27, 2001 to December 31, 2004. Mr. Wandell holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Ohio University in 1972 and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Dayton in 1979.
