Exit Realty Black Hills is led by owner and broker, Mike Alley, who opened the first EXIT Realty franchise in the State of South Dakota. The firm has grown in the Black Hills market and now boasts 18 agents and we are members of the Black Hills Multiple Listing Service and the Mount Rushmore Area Multiple Listing Service. Recognizing the needs of his clients, Mike also operates a property management company, High Plains Properties. This allows "one stop shopping" whether buying, selling or renting.
