Biography
Dr. Crouch is one of the founding members of EyeRx Research, Inc. He has 20 years experience in ophthalmic research, particularly in the area of the treatment of traumatic hyphema. He has authored over 100 peer review abstracts, journal articles, and chapters. Dr. Crouch received his medical degree from the Medical College of Virginia and remained at MCV for his internship. Thereafter, he spent 2 years with the Indian Health Service of the U.S. Public Health Service in Tahlequa, Oklahoma. He completed his ophthalmology residency at the University of Illinois Eye & Ear Infirmary, where he received the award for Most Outstanding Ophthalmic Research. Dr. Crouch then completed fellowship in pediatric ophthalmology and strabismus at Children's Hospital National Medical Center, George Washington University, Washington, DC.
