David Pulley

Biography

 David Pulley is an experienced civil engineer with a broad engineering knowledge and a strong work ethic. David has been a project manager and / or engineer for several mining, public, and private sector clients. David's projects have included site and utility infrastructure design ranging from mine water process, packaged water and wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, water distribution, wastewater collection systems, reuse water systems, hydrology, hydraulics, drainage studies, drainage infrastructure; to subdivision, commercial, and industrial site layouts and mass grading for streets and roundabouts. He has performed various mine water process studies, potable water system studies, sanitary sewer collection system reports, preliminary design / engineering reports, detention pond analysis, and floodplain analysis and prepared design requirement guidelines for private developers. David is experienced with contract, bid, specification documents and work breakdown structures (WBS). He understands guidelines from Sustaining Project Systems (SPS) and can prepare capital expense estimates (CapEx) and operating expense estimates (OpEx). David is also familiar with funding agencies in Nevada and the coordination efforts that are involved with those agencies. David enjoys challenging work and finding solutions to problems. He is a detail oriented engineer, ensuring a quality design that meets regulations to obtain permits and meet client needs at bid. He can aid clients in procurement, contractor selection and provide construction management. David earned his Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Nevada Reno. He also received training in Architectural Design and Drafting at the Phoenix institute of Technology. He is a licensed Civil Engineer in Nevada and California and has 19 years of total experience in the engineering, mining, surveying and utility industries. David finds his greatest happiness at home with his wife and children who all enjoy the outdoors, sports and service to others. David and his family provide many hours of service through the Church they are part of.
