Chris Smith

Biography

Christopher Smith holds master's degrees in social work and public administration from Wayne State University, as well as a baccalaureate degree from Michigan State University. Prior to joining the faculty at Ferris, Chris served as an adjunct faculty member at several other universities.

Research Interest

Mr. Smith has an extensive background in behavioral healthcare, having served as the deputy director of public behavioral authorities in both Wayne and Kent counties. He also served as a program officer for a large community foundation in the Detroit area.
