Craig Denekas

Biography

 Mr. Denekas is president, CEO, and a trustee of the Libra Foundation, which makes grants to worthy causes throughout the state of Maine. He also serves as a board member of several affiliated for-profit companies, all of which continue to grow in profitability nation-wide. He is a corporate attorney whose expertise extends to such areas as capital structuring, shareholder agreements, corporate governance, government relations, real estate, zoning and land use, and complex mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Denekas earned his law degree from the University of Michigan and his bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College. He lives in Portland, Maine.
