Jeffery W. Yabuki

Biography

 Mr. Jeffery W. Yabuki, also known as Jeff, has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Fiserv, Inc., the holding company of Personix, Inc. since December 1, 2005. Mr. Yabuki has more than 25 years experience in the financial services industry. He served as the Chief Operating Officer of H&R Block Inc., from April 2002 to November 30, 2005 and its Executive Vice President from October 2000 to November 30, 2005. Mr. Yabuki served as the President of H&R Block Services Inc., a subsidiary of H&R Block Inc., since October 2000 and from 2001 to 2002, he served as its Executive Vice President. Mr. Yabuki joined H&R Block as President of International Operations and served in that role from September 1999 to October 2001, where he led its tax services operations in Canada, Australia and the United Kingdom, directing development of its financial services and expansion strategy in international markets, as well as business development. From 1987 to 1999, Mr. Yabuki held various executive positions with American Express Company. Mr. Yabuki served as President and Chief Executive Officer of American Express Tax & Business Services Inc., New York, from 1998 to September 1999 and as Vice President, Mergers and Acquisitions, American Express, Minneapolis, Minnesota, from 1996 to 1998. He has been a Director of Fiserv, Inc. since December 1, 2005. Mr. Yabuki served as a Director of MBIA Inc., from August 11, 2005 to November 2008. He served as an Independent Director of Petsmart, Inc. from June 2004 to June 2007. He was a Member of the Minnesota Board of Accountancy. He is a Leading Financial Services Executive. He is a Certified Public Accountant from California and Minnesota. He holds a NASD Series 7 license. Mr. Yabuki holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from California State University at Los Angeles.
