Biography
Mr. Dennis K. Fallen has been General Manager and Vice President of Fisher BioServices, Inc. since July 2007. Mr. Fallen founded Transfusion Management Services Inc. and served as its President and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to forming TxMS, Mr. Fallen served as Vice President of Business Development of the Biotech Group for Baxter Healthcare, (NSYE: BAX). He served as Chief Executive Officer at Qualtex Laboratories. Before joining Baxter, Mr. Fallen served as Vice President of the American Red Cross Biomedical Services Plasma Therapeutics Division. Mr. Fallen worked with hospitals to define strategic initiatives and new clinical product programs. He has over twenty-five years of experience in the health care industry. He is a retired Naval Reserve Medical Service Corps Officer. Mr. Fallen is a graduate of DePaul University receiving a B.S. degree from the School of Commerce and an M.B.A. from the Charles H. Kellstadt School of Business.
