Biography
Gabrielle Kemble is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator. She has experience working with both adults and children on weight management, diabetes management and healthy eating. She has worked in various capacities such as an orthopedic non-profit hospital, corporate insurance company, private practice, and as a diabetes educator in an inpatient pediatric hospital and in an outpatient diabetes self management program. Gabrielle has experience with infants, children and adolescents with both type 1 and type 2 diabetes. In addition, she has completed training with various insulin pump companies as well as continuous glucose monitoring systems. Gabrielle’s goal is to inspire long term, sustainable change in people with diabetes. She understands how difficult change can be and that maintaining healthy habits can be challenging. She has helped people with many aspects of diabetes management from patients with type 1 diabetes struggling to adhere to their medication regimen to patients with type 2 who are having a hard time following a healthy eating plan.
