Earles, Susan
Associate Professor
Electrical and Computer Engineering
Florida Institute of Technology
United States of America
Biography
BS/MS/PhD Electrical Engineering, University of Florida
Research Interest
Dr Earles' research interests and experience include ion implantation, dopant/defect interaction, and alternative annealing techniques used in semiconductor processing such as laser annealing and low temperature processing. Her current research involves investigating the physics of non-superconducting single-photon detectors and the electronic devices needed to work with the detectors.
