Biography

 Mr. John William Chisholm, serves as the President of Florida Chemical Company, Inc. Mr. Chisholm serves as the Chief Executive Officer of CESI Manufacturing, LLC. Mr. Chisholm serves as an Advisor at Iroquois Capital Opportunity Fund, L.P. He serves as a Consultant of Iroquois Capital, LP. and Iroquois Capital Management L.L.C. He has been Chief Executive Officer of Flotek Industries Inc. since March 5, 2012 and also its President since August 12, 2010. He founded Chisholm Energy Partners LLC and served as its President. He Co-founded Wellogix, Inc. in 1998. He served as the President and Chairman of the Board at Core Laboratories NV. He served as an Interim President of Flotek Industries Inc. from August 2009 to August 2010. Mr. Chisholm co-founded ProTechnics International Inc. and served as its President from 1985 to 1996. He served as a Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing at Core Laboratories NV until 1998. He has been the Chairman of Flotek Industries Inc. since July 13, 2010. He has been a Non-Executive Director of Anton Oilfield Services Group since November 02, 2016. He serves as Director of Florida Chemical Company, Inc. He has been an Independent Director of Natural Gas Services Group Inc., since December 19, 2006. He has been Director of Flotek Industries Inc. since November 1999. He serves on the Editorial Advisory Board on Middle East Technology of the Oil & Gas Journal. Mr. Chisholm holds two U.S. patents. He holds a B.A. degree in Business Administration from Fort Lewis College in Colorado.
