Jake Bastien

Biography

Jake has nearly 20 years experience working with enterprise software applications, most notably Salesforce.com and various Microsoft technologies including SharePoint, Microsoft Dynamics, and Microsoft CRM.    His specialties include software project management, design, development, software systems integration, SEO and digital marketing campaign management. Over the years, he has learned to leverage his strengths and to identify how to create value through technology and show the return on investment.  He is an expert at defining a clear vision, developing efficient sales systems and processes, and executing effective strategic relationship management strategies. Jake brings years of experience in multiple vertical markets and has worked with established customers including NASA (Ames Research Center), Nestle Waters North America, Toshiba, KSL Resorts, Microsoft, RightNow Technologies, and RoadLink. He incorporates a strong skill set in managing, analyzing, and implementing complex software engineering and sales procedures; delivering end-to-end business solutions using Salesforce (SFDC) and other technology aspects as levers; also managing all efforts related to enhancements and development and successfully meeting the challenges of remaining current with new and developing technology.
