Mr. Stephen A. Moffett serves as the President of FPMI Solutions, Inc. Mr. Moffett served Senior Director of Advance Programs & Corporate Development at FPMI Solutions, Inc., since November 2009. Mr. Moffett served as the Administrative Officer for the Office of Financial Stability within the Department of Treasury, and was responsible for the stand up of the Troubled Asset Relief Program (TARP) office, which included but not limited to the oversight of the human resources operations, facility operations, and the day to day administrative functions
