Biography
Ms. Victoria A. Harding has been the Chief Financial Officer of FPMI Solutions, Inc. since joining in 2013 and also acts as financial advisor to the President and Board of Directors. Ms. Harding leads FPMI’s financial management operations, systems and staff. An experienced financial executive, she has held leadership positions at several corporations, including Unisys, MicroStrategy, Anteon International Corporation and Nortel Government Solutions. In her 20 years of leadership, she has managed the financial activities of business units with annual revenue of up to $500 million, lead financial teams in the U.S. and internationally, and managed staff of up to 50 employees. She is instrumental in process and procedural improvements resulting in significant increases in productivity and effectiveness. Ms. Harding is a Certified Public Accountant and received a B.S. degree in Accounting from Rutgers University and an M.B.A. from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
