Biography
Mr. Steven B. Rossi is Independent Director of the Company. Mr. Rossi is the Chief Executive Officer of Digital First Media. He previously served as Digital First Media’s Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining Digital First Media, Mr. Rossi held several successive management positions over 19 years with Knight Ridder Inc., including Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President of Operations and President of the Newspaper Division. Mr. Rossi holds an MBA degree from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. in Economics from Ursinus College.
